This is the website of the Hungarian National Archives (Budapest), which has been up since
early 1999(?). Site is written in Hungarian. Amongst other materials available here family history
researchers should visit: 1) the index of the files of the archives (Choose "AZ IRATANYAG" in the
left frame, then "A MOL fond- és állagjegyzéke".), 2) a guide to family history research in
Hungary (Choose "A LEVÉLTÁRI IRATOK KUTATÁSA", then "Családtörténeti útmutató").
